Terms of Business
In this document, the following words shall have the following meanings: "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions. "Supplier" means Penelope Dunlop. "Customer" means the organisation or person who purchases the services from the Supplier. "Service Specification" means a statement of works, quotation or other similar document describing the services to the provided by the Supplier.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of services by the Supplier to the Customer. Before, the commencement of the services, the Supplier shall submit to the Customer a Service Specification which shall specify the services to be performed and the fees payable. The Customer shall notify the Supplier immediately if the Customer does not agree with the contents of the Service Specification. Work will commence once the Customer has provided the Supplier with written acceptance of the Service Specification, together with everything needed to carry out the services. The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete the services within the estimated time frame provided (if applicable) and all work will be carried out at the Supplier's premises, unless otherwise agreed.
FEES, PAYMENT AND EXPENSES
The fees for the performance of the services are as set out in the Service Specification. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of unforeseen postage, courier, or other such expenses will be pre-advised to the Customer and will be itemised separately on the invoice. Payment will be due within 7 days of invoice date and details of how to make payment will be shown on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% above the Bank Base Rate.
The Customer may need to share Confidential Information with the Supplier in order to facilitate the performance of services set out in the Service Specification. Such Confidential Information will only be used in the performance of the Service Specification and will be kept in line with our Data Retention Policy.
