The first is simple, what do you hate doing on a day to day basis in your business? Maybe going through emails, ordering supplies, organising day to day book keeping activities like logging expenses and sending out invoices, or typing up quotes, or scheduling appointments. The second involves the daily part of your business where you lack the necessary experience. Again, this might be book-keeping, computer or presentation skills. I CAN DO ALL OF THAT FOR YOU TOO!!
